The lights are on
We knew Dragon Ball Z Budokai HD Collection was coming to Europe, and now we know that it is coming to North America, as well. The collection will contain high-definition upgrades of Dragon Ball Z Budokai, and Budokai 3, and will have achievements and trophies.
Namco Bandai confirmed to Siliconera that the collection will make its way stateside sometime this year for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

awesome, i loved the 3rd might have to rent this just for the nostalgic feeling id get playing it again
Ah, so many memories. Nostalgia at its finest. I'm actually looking forward to this collection. Granted, I actually like Raging Blast 2 better than the old Budokai games, it will still be fun to go through them again.
No Budokai 2? Reminds me of South Park.
1. Collect Underpants, 2. ???, 3. Profit
Would be fun to play an updated version of these games, but honestly, I don't think I can be persuaded to buy when Budokai 2- easily my favorite- is absent.
Good this is ok news for now
I really enjoyed Budokai 3 so I might have to get it just for that.
They should have just thrown in 2. It feels like it would make a quote "collection" whole.
why no budokai 2? I want my fake fusions
Why are they releasing this? I'm gonna get it, so I can have a good HD Dragon Ball Z game, buy why don't they just make a new one with the same gameplay mechanics as these games. Then they could add more characters, or cut some of the bad ones and improve what's already there.
