With August arriving in about a week, the industry is pushing closer to the annual avalanche of awesome games. Darksiders II and Transformers: Fall of Cybertron come out of the gate early with August releases, with Borderlands 2 and Tekken Tag Tournament 2 launching in September. October brings plenty of heavy hitters, from Resident Evil to Dishonored to Assassin's Creed III. November should keep trigger-happy gamers happy with Halo 4, Black Ops 2, and Hitman: Absolution.

Which games do you see yourself picking up between now and the holidays?

Hitman,Halo 4,Far Cry 3, Black ops 2, Black ops declassified,Assassins creed 3,PlayStation all stars,Medal of honor warfighter,Dishonored, Resident Evil 6,Borderlands,Sleeping dogs.

Assassins Creed III and Dishonored on launch date. Perhaps others later, I haven't decided yet. Also The Last Story in August I will be picking up. I have been waiting a long time for this game

Definitely Borderlands, Assassin's Creed, and Dishonored. Considering Darksiders 2 and Hitman, but we'll see how much money I have after everything else.

It's a juggling act, because I don't know if I can get all of them, but my top 8 (all on Xbox 360) are: Halo 4, Assassin's Creed 3, Dishonored, Hitman: Absolution, Madden 13, NBA 2K13, Borderlands 2, and The Witcher 2

Resident Evil 6, Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward and Dishonored. I don't think I'll be able to get more than that, sadly, but I'm sure I'll have quite a bit of fun with those game.

Borderlands 2, Madden, NHL, Assassin's Creed, Halo 4. That should hold me until GTA 5 next year.

As long as I get Assassin's Creed 3 and Resident Evil 6, I'll be satisfied.

also looking foward to Halo 4, Playstation All Stars, Paper Mario, Luigi's Mansion 2. Of course, there's also the WiiU, so NSMBU, ZombiU, and Pikmin 3.

Well I don't plan on getting all thesE games this year out of the fall releases I will get borderlands 2 dishonored medal of honor: war fighter assassins creed 3 halo 4 and far cry 3

Borderlands 2, maybe Halo 4 and maybe Assassin's creed. I've been thinking about Dishonored, but I still haven't seen enough of it, and I typically try to avoid Bethesda's side projects, especially after Brink.
