The lights are on
Square Enix has announced that it's bringing a new Mini Ninjas game to the Xbox 360 later this month. Mini Ninjas Adventures is a slight departure from its predecessor, in that it's a Kinect exclusive.
Check out the screens in the gallery below to see the diminutive heroes kicking evil samurai and...barrels. Players can battle the bad guys with gesture-based controls and upgrade their heroes.
The game will be available to download on June 29 for 800 Microsoft Points.

Just what we wanted: Shovelware!
I hate kinect.
Enjoyed the first one enough, but I didn't see the need for a sequel, let alone one with motion controls. I don't think the original sold that well, so they're wise for going the downloadable route this time. I'll be skipping on this since I lack a Kinect, but here's hoping it'll be a decent game.
Awesome. I loved the first Mini Ninjas so much, and now it's finally getting a sequel, and it's Kinect only. Great. :/
Aw man, this sucks. Why did MS have to sign exclusivity rights to make it a kinect game? The first one was a solid charming little action game

Love the series, but kinect might just ruin it
Mini Ninjas was super fun and cute, the only problem is that it was too short, so i'm happy with a sequel, except i think it would be better if it was playable with the controler and only some kinect support.
